Mr. HO, Ming Hung, a Systems Analyst serving the Digital Policy Office of the Government of the HKSAR. Mr. HO joined InfoTech on 1 March 1996 and served various T-contracts consecutively, with us from T16 to T26 for more than 30 years. He was awarded a 999.9 solid gold commemoration plaque from Chow Tai Fook on 15 April 2026. Mr. HO performed well in providing the administrative, technical and security support of government network its network equipment.
Mr. CHANG, Ka Fai, a Senior Project Manager serving the Transport Department of the Government of the HKSAR. Mr. CHANG joined InfoTech on 20 May 2000 and served various T-contracts consecutively, with us from T18 to T26 for more than 25 years. He was awarded a 999.9 solid gold commemoration plaque from Chow Tai Fook on 11 April 2026. Mr. CHANG's performance has always been very good. He monitored contractor very closely to ensure enhancements would be implemented smoothly and according to schedule.
Mr. YEUNG, Wai Ching, a Senior Systems Analyst serving the Trade and Industry Department of the Government of the HKSAR. Mr. YEUNG joined InfoTech on 12 January 1998 and served various T-contracts consecutively, with us from T17 to T26 for more than 28 years. He was awarded a 999.9 solid gold commemoration plaque from Chow Tai Fook on 8 April 2026. Mr. YEUNG’s performance has always been very good. He has got a strong technical background and well conversant with the systems under his charge.
Mr. TAO, Kong Wah, a Project Manager serving the Immigration Department of the Government of the HKSAR. Mr. TAO joined InfoTech on 4 September 1995 and served various T-contracts consecutively, with us from T16 to T26 for more than 30 years. He was awarded a 999.9 solid gold commemoration plaque from Chow Tai Fook on 11 February 2026. Mr. TAO’s performance has always been very good, he possesses profound technical knowledge. He made valuable contribution to the IT infrastructure.
Mr. CHAN, Kwan Chi, a Project Manager serving the HK Post of the Government of the HKSAR, retired on 30 September 2025. Mr. CHAN joined InfoTech on 30 October 2000 and served various T-contracts consecutively, with us from T18 to T26 for more than 24 years. Mr CHAN’s performance was always very good, he also maintained good relationship with users. In recognition of his brilliant performance and excellent service for over 24 years, InfoTech presented a 999.9 solid gold commemoration plaque from Chow Tai Fook to him on 24 November 2025 for celebrating his honourable and happy retirement.
Mr. NG Yu-Ho, Sean - an experienced Systems Analyst was awarded InfoTech's Distinguished Service Award in October 2022. The Award is to recognize Mr. NG's outstanding service and contributions to the enhancement of InfoTech Jobs System (ITJS) in June 2022.
Mr. IP Chi-kit, Marco, a Contract Systems Analyst serving the IT Section of the Food and Enironmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) of the Government of the HKSAR was awarded InfoTech's Distinguished Service Award on 19 July 2021. The Award is to recognize Mr. IP's unwavering support and enormous contributions towards the accomplishment of a new project for the FEHD.
Mr. LI Ho-bong, Benton, a Contract Systems Analyst serving the IT Branch of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) of the Government of the HKSAR was awarded InfoTech's Distinguished Service Award on 31 May 2021. The Award is to recognize Mr. LI's professionalism and dedication to duty in the development of a new application for the HKPF.
