Qualified final-year students of undergraduate programmes with the Department of Computing of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University will be selected by the following criteria:
Excellent academic achievements in at least one designated subject related to areas of hot skills highly sought after by the Innovation and Technology (I&T) job market;
Potential students must be able to demonstrate competence in applying at least one of the following areas as hot skills highly sought after by the I&T job market in the Capstone Projects:
Application Development,
Data Management/Analytics,
Artificial Intelligence,
Virtualization,
Internetworking,
Cybersecurity;
Good written English.
The value of each scholarship is HK$12,000. Up to 2 scholarships shall be awarded per academic year. The payment will be released to the awardee(s) upon approval by InfoTech.
