| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a leading bank;
- Develop, maintain and implement internal data control policies, guidelines, procedures, and measures;
- Validate compliance of user-initiated data requests through systematic review processes;
- Monitor implementation of data requests to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results;
- Provide support for internal application systems and resolve user queries in a timely manner;
- Participate in system integration tests and user acceptance tests while managing change control throughout the project lifecycle;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and resolve challenges effectively.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline, such as Analytics / Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Business Administration or related field;
- 2 years' experience preferably in data analysis and data management within financial industry (Fresh graduates are also welcome);
- Knowledge of data governance framework (e.g., policies/standards/security/database management) is advantageous;
- Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Demonstrated willingness to rapidly adopt new technologies/solutions;
- Open-minded approach towards addressing complex challenges under dynamic compliance/regulatory environments;
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills, with fast-learning and research ability;
- Excellent communication and written skills to facilitate teamwork;
- Proficiency in both written/spoken Chinese & English; Mandarin fluency is a distinct advantage.
