Responsible for performing console operation, operating various computer equipment.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a leading bank;
- Perform console operation & take corresponding actions according to alert message;
- Handle batch processing & job recovery;
- Operate various computer equipment, carry out first line diagnosis of problems & take
corresponding actions according to pre-defined procedure;
- Manage backup media;
- Assist in inventory control;
- Perform physical security control according to Operations Guideline;
- Perform health check as specified in Operations Procedure;
- Clean the machine & keep computer room clean & tidy;
- Maintain filing systems;
- Assist in collection of operational statistics;
- Assist supervisor to manage the team;
- Observe and analyse ongoing operations, identify problems and provide improvement
suggestion;
- Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.

| Requirements |
- Experience in UNIX abd Windows preferred;
- Knowledge in IBM z/OS and z/OS utilities is an advantage;
- Knowledge in Job Scheduling tool is an advantage;
- Need to attend daily (include Sunday and public holidays) 24-hour shift duty;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
