| Project Nature |
(T26) To support project implementation and day-to-day operation tasks relating to IT server and network infrastructure, as well as internal systems in FSD.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FSD;
1. To maintain, configure and monitor FSD storage, server and network infrastructure;
2. To handle data center site preparation, hardware installation and operational maintenance;
3. To work with internal teams and contractors on implementation projects for IT infrastructure systems;
4. To evaluation and assess IT products during procurement and to participate in the testing and implementation of new IT products and devices;
5. To apply system patches, firmware updates and digital certificates to ensure compliance with up-to-date security policies and guidelines;
6. To provide technical support to meet users&;#8217; IT needs in daily operations and events;
7. To work under pressure and be willing to work overtime as required to meet project and operational needs;
8. To perform any other duties related to the above as assigned by the supervisor or the Government Representative from time to time; and
9. To provide on-call technical support duties and perform overtime work, including work outside of normal office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as and when necessary and upon the request of the Government Representative.

| Requirements |
1. At least three (3) years&;#8217; post-qualification information technology experience of which at least two (2) year in a related area such as infrastructure and network administration;
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate clearly with users and contractors;
3. Experience in Linux system installation and administration will be an advantage;
4. Experience in Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) will be an advantage;
5. Experience with different routing operation systems and network device management platforms, and familiarity with network management and monitoring tools will be an advantage;
6. Experience in developing system scripting (e.g. PowerShell or batch scripts) will be an advantage; and
7. Security vetting is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1.5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 1.5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 1.5 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 6 months' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. 1 year's experience in Proxy Server (PRS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Metro Ethernet (MET) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Network Design (NDN) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Router Configuration (ROU) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Excellent written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);
. At least 6 months' experience in IT procurement (PRO);
. 1 year's experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
