The position is required to evaluate the performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations of the platforms. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To provide support for the design, implementation, testing, maintenance and administration of centralised AI applications and data analytics platform including of Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System. - To promote, arrange adoption and provide technical and user support of centralised AI applications and data analytics platform for government B/Ds. - To coordinate with different parties, including contractors, internal teams, consulting teams and other B/Ds, to ensure effective information flow among them for the AI development in the Government. - To conduct market researches and analyses of the development of Gen AI and data analytics related subjects. - To maintain and organise electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, accurately recorded, and easily accessible for team members. - When necessary, the CSSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the projects after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. - To carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing and supporting government systems or platforms; 2. Possess knowledge and experience on supporting AI-related project; 3. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills; 4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; and 6. Can work independently. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 2 years' experience in Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
