Job Key No 40994 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 61268-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 21 Sep 2026 Contract Period 30 Oct 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (3 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Cheung Sha Wan Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System maintenance, enhancement and development of the projects under Government Human Resources Management Services (GovHRMS), including staff appraisal system and other staff information system Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Assist supervisor in development and implementation of new and existing applications including prototype development, coding, system integration, user acceptance tests. - Assist supervisor in wider rollout of appraisal system to B/Ds - Carry out system maintenance and other IT related activities such as Load Test, deployment and health check. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the line management. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Has solid experience in Java-based web-application development/implementation with workflow and JBoss technique. - Experience in development under Spring Framework, Hibernate, J2EE and MySQL will be advantage. - Preferably having the following technical skill set: DBeaver, JMeter, SVN, Git, intelliJ, JasperReports, SQL scripting, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, Web Service and Linux Shell scripting. - Experience in development of Human Resource system, especially staff appraisal system would be definite advantage. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 6 months' experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP); . 6 months' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
