| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the IRD;
The CCSA is responsible to perform system analysis actictivies (including requirement collection, technical options recommendtation, system design and quality assurance), to work closely with other IT teams in problem analysis and solution design, and to act as a subject matter expert in his/her responsible area under minimium supervision. He/she is also responsible to carry out required documentation for above duties and other duties as designated by supervisor.

| Requirements |
Excellent analytical skills. In depth application knowledge in corresponding business domain. Solid experience in Java application design, development on UNIX and RDBMS platform. Strong skills in problem resolution and quality assurance. Practical experience in J2EE application framework such as Struts, Spring, iBatis or MyBatis. Team Player. Relevant working experience in the business domain is an advantage. Work after office hours is required occasionally.
Technical Skills:
. At least 7 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 7 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 7 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP);
. At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 5 years' experience in XML (XML);
. At least 5 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 4 years' experience in project development in the specified business area (IPD);
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 4 years' experience in software testing (STM).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 7 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
