Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; 1. Maintain network systems, including Network Access Control (NAC), network monitoring, wireless LAN, WAN, SSL VPN and other IT services/facilities provided by APOLLO. 2. Execute day-to-day system administration tasks and IT support. 3. Oversee the service delivery of the APOLLO network infrastructure, including troubleshooting, enhancements and upgrades. 4. Provide technical IT support to end users, including VIPs. 5. Travel occasionally to various DPO sites to provide network maintenance support as required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The proposed candidates must have: 1. Strong technical knowledge and system management experience in network infrastructure, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), wireless LAN and SSL VPN. 2. Strong technical knowledge and administration experience in enterprise-grade, high-availability network services and related network health monitoring and reporting systems. 3. Familiarity with Cisco and Huawei network products is essential. The following requirements are preferred: 1. Sound knowledge and experience in anti-virus systems and patch management systems. 2. Knowledge of IT security and hands-on experience in implementing system security safeguards, including network security, network encryption, and anti-APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) solutions. 3. Support experience in Windows desktop, Windows Server, and mobile devices. 4. Experience in managing and supporting government systems / services. 5. Familiarity with Fortigate and Sangfor Next-Generation Firewalls. 6. Hands-on experience in setting up, evaluating, and testing newly implemented network equipment (e.g., firewalls, NDR). 7. Qualifications such as CISSP, CISP or other cybersecurity certifications are advantageous. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Authentication Server (AUS); . At least 3 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP); . At least 3 years' experience in Metro-Ethernet Network (MNE); . At least 3 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . At least 2 years' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT); . At least 2 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 2 years' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU); . 2 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
