Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; 1. Provide APOLLO helpdesk services to DPO staff regarding office automation inquiries. 2. Deliver on-site technical support to DPO senior management for their daily use of workstations, mobile devices and other IT products. 3. Serve as the first-line support for APOLLO services, including office automation, video conferencing, mobile devices, mobile email, CMMP and DDI security protection. 4. Travel occasionally to various DPO sites to provide frontend support as required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The proposed candidates must have: 1. Broad and strong technical knowledge and practical support experience in relation to various office automation, computer and mobile devices and network aspects, such as LAN network services, wireless network services, UC services, VPNs, mobile devices, mobile email service, CMMP and Government Office Automation (GOA) service. 2. Strong communication skills and proven experience supporting senior management in their daily use of IT equipment, network and mobile devices. 3. Experience monitoring and operating daily applications, performing root cause analysis on security incident logs using SIEM tools. The following requirements are preferable: 1. Sound knowledge and support experience in anti-virus and patch management systems. 2. Sound knowledge of network services and related network health monitoring and reporting systems. 3. Qualifications such as CISSP, CISP or other cybersecurity certifications are advantageous. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM); . At least 2 years' experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT); . At least 2 years' experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME); . At least 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
