Computer Network infrastructure operation and support role, preferable in the banking and finance sector; . Solid knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and operations services, including but not limited to Network and Cybersecurity which include the below: . Knowledge and support experience in major firewall brand products including either CheckPoint / Palo Alto / Fortinet/Hillstone firewalls; . Knowledge and support experience in LAN/WAN network with routing and switching; . Experience on network monitoring and management system such as ManageEgine Opmanager and Solarwinds NPM; . Holder of related professional qualification on the above such as: CheckPoint CCSA, Fortinet NSE4, PA PCNSA, CCIE / CCNP / HCIE / HCIP is not mandatory but is definitely an advantage; - Good project management skills with proven experiences in managing IT infrastructure projects; - Good communication and interpersonal skill; - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Candidate with less network supporting experience will be considered the position of Assistant Technical Services Manager.
