Identification, evaluation and piloting emerging IT technologies, such as workflow, collaboration, video conferencing, mobile computing, Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and Low-Code application platforms, as potential IT services/facilities in DPO; 2. Design, development, maintenance and client helpdesk support of various applications/services including workflow collaboration system, mobile application, video conference service and room booking system integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) devices; 3. Administration, maintenance and support of MDM systems for enterprise mobile device management, security policy enforcement, application deployment and compliance monitoring; 4. Administration, evaluation, maintenance and support of Mobile Endpoint Detection and Response (Mobile EDR) solutions for enterprise mobile devices. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; 1. System administration, enhancement and on-going support of various applications and workflow collaboration systems; 2. System administration, configuration, maintenance and on-going support of Mobile phone, MDM systems and Mobile EDR solutions; 3. System administration, configuration and on-going user support for Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) on enterprise mobile devices 4. System administration, enhancement, maintenance and on-going support of room booking systems and related Internet of Things (IoT) devices; 5. System administration, enhancement, maintenance and on-going support of AI-based meeting transcription systems; 6. Perform day-to-day client helpdesk support; 7. Support of video conference systems using different products including MS Teams, Teams Phone, WebEx, Zoom, Tencent Meeting and VooV Meeting; Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Experience in Document Flow or Workflow Management Systems is mandatory; 2. Hands-on Experience in .NET application development is mandatory; 3. Strong client support experience including maintaining client records and managing client inquiries by phone, email or in person; 4. Experience in administration and support of MDM and Mobile EDR solutions is mandatory; 5. Experience in configuring and supporting CMMP on enterprise mobile devices is mandatory; 6. Experience in managing enterprise mobile devices running iOS/iPadOS, Android, EMUI and HarmonyOS is preferable; 7. Technical experience on Zoom, MS Teams, Teams Phone, Webex, Tencent Meeting and VooV Meeting is preferable; 8. Holder of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) is preferable Technical Skills: . At least 1.5 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC); . At least 1 year's experience in .Net Development (NDE); . 1 year's experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
