This includes managing platforms including the Pilot Collaborative Workspace Shared Services (P-CWS), AI meeting transcription, room booking system and business card systems. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of departmental information from creation to archiving in full alignment with the Departmental Electronic Information Management (EIM) initiative. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; 1. Responsible for system support of the Pilot Collaborative Project Management Workspace, On-premise Virtual Online Meeting, AI-based meeting transcription System, Room booking systems, On-premise content collaboration platform and Business Name Card system including patch updating, data backup and resource monitoring. 2. Assist in system enhancement of P-CWS program coding, system testing and documentation. 3. Assist in IoT device implementation and maintenance for DPO 4. Business Name Card system, Room Booking system, On-premise content collaboration platform ongoing support, deployment and maintenance. 5. To assist in the implementation and ongoing support for projects under the Departmental EIM initiative. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Hands-on experience in application development using .NET platform, PHP programming and node.js, vue.js are mandatory. 2. Hands-on experience in jQuery would be an advantage. 3. Working experience in Server Virtualisation Technology, Windows Server and Linux System Administration is preferable 4. Holder of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) is preferable. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP); . At least 1 year's experience in VBA (VBA); . At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 1 year's experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 1 year's experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA); . 1 year's experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
