Job Key No 40961 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 61168-1) Number Of Vacancy 2 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 18 Sep 2026 Contract Period 02 Nov 2026 to 29 Jan 2027 (2 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Level 6, Cyberport 1 Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) This is a CSA position responsible for supporting and operating several centralised Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and data analytics related platforms, including HKPilot, HKChat, HKMeeting, and etc. The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations and migration of the platforms. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Gen AI applications and data analytics related platforms, such as HKPilot, HKChat, HKMeeting, and etc. - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Gen AI applications and data analytics related platforms. - To provide technical support to Government B/Ds to facilitate the wider adoption of Gen AI applications and data analytics technologies. - To conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and data analytics related subjects. - To assess the feasibility of migrating the existing Gen AI applications to a newer version or an agentic-enabled version. - To assist his/her supervisors in organising, preparing and conducting various promotional activities, such as training sessions, webinars, presentations and newsletters, to promote the wider adoption of Gen AI applications and data analytics related platforms across the Government. - To provide production support after normal office hours, if necessary, including but not limited to troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements, etc. - When necessary, the CSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. - To perform any other works as assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Possess at least 3 years of experience in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/image/video analytics; 2. Have at least 1 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds. 3. Preferably possess knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); 4. Possess knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools: - Linux - Web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Python - SQL 5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 6. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; and 7. Can work independently. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 3 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 4 years' experience in software testing (STM); . At least 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
