The position is required to manage the system and enhancement implementation, ensure smooth rollout and operations of the system, and facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds). Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) and in-house team member(s) for implementing, enhancing and maintaining Gen AI applications as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms. - To manage and coordinate team members for the design, implementation, testing, maintenance and administration of on-premises solution of Gen AI applications as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms. - To promote, arrange adoption and provide technical and user support of Gen AI as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms for Government B/Ds. - To manage resources (e.g. funding, cloud resources, etc.), changes and incidents for the smooth operation of Gen AI and centralised AI and data analytics related platforms. - To conduct technical and literature researches and analyses of the development of Gen AI as well as AI and data analytics related subjects. - To upkeep the security of Gen AI as well as centralised AI and data analytics related platforms by arranging system patching, and various independent assessments, such as security risk assessment and audit, red team testing, AI safety assessment, Large Language Model assessment, and etc. - To assist his/her supervisors in organising, preparing and conducting various promotional activities, such as training sessions, webinars, presentations and newsletters, to promote the wider adoption of Gen AI applications as well as AI and data analytics related platforms across the Government. - When necessary, the CPM is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the projects after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. - To perform any other works as assigned by his/her supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing system implementation and operating centralised platforms in cloud platform; 2. Possess good knowledge in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/speech analytics; 3. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing and supporting government systems or platforms; 4. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills; 5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 6. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; 7. Can work independently; and 8. Have at least 4 years of experience on project management. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 4 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . 4 years' experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
