Job Key No 40780 Job Title/ Category Senior Specialist / Specialist I (Cyber Resilience) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Permanent Contract Period Employer Business financial institution Location Base Hong Kong Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a permanent position to a financial institution; - Monitor the company’s cyber security posture; - Coordinate to maintain a cyber threat intelligence program on cyber threat collection, analysis and dissemination processes; - Perform cyber resilience assessment on new projects and existing processes; - Assist in implementing cyber security projects and enhancements; - Provide cyber security advisory services on architectural design for IT projects; - Assist in managing the Security Operations Center (SOC); - Assist the team manager on cyber security related incidents and the maintenance of related procedures; - Assist the team manager on developing cyber resilience strategy for the company, providing interpretation of cyber resilience controls and regulatory requirements, and recommending industry practices in implementation; - Assist in providing input to the company’s risk metrics reporting; - Liaise with internal and external auditors in performing cyber resilience assessment and intelligence-led cyber attack simulation testing (iCAST); - Assist in liaison with regulators on cyber security matters; - Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - University degree preferably in IT, cyber security, computer science or related discipline; - Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security, technology risk management and/or auditing; - Knowledge of ISO27001, CSA STAR, and HKMA CFI 2.0 framework, technology risk management, cyber threat intelligence and cyber security related guidelines; - Knowledge of SOC, DLP, SIEM and AI related security is an advantage; - Experience on coordination of cyber security related incidents is an advantage; - CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GPEN, CPENT, PNPT, OSCP, GCTI, AAIR, AAISM, AAIA, and/or other cyber resilience related certifications preferred; - Hands on experience with cyber security assessment tools (e.g. Brup, Acunetix, Metasploit) is a plus; - Team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills; - Good problem solving and analytical skills; - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; - Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Specialist (Cyber Resilience).
