Job Key No 40775 Job Title/ Category Manager (Cloud Platform) – Network & Security Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Permanent Contract Period Employer Business financial institution Location Base Hong Kong Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve a permanent position to a financial institution; - Lead the technical and operational management of network and security infrastructure on the private cloud platform to ensure system stability, resilience and regulatory compliance; - Act as the domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) and system owner for network and security infrastructure, overseeing product lifecycle management, patching, evergreening, capacity planning, troubleshooting and reporting; - Manage and support the full spectrum of network and security infrastructure including but not limited to architecture design, dataline connectivity, routing, firewall, proxy, direct connect and security tools such as Cloud Firewall, ELB, VPN and sandbox; - Direct troubleshooting of issues, risks, production incidents and irregularities related to network and security infrastructure. Prepare incident / problem reports as appropriate and drive remedial actions and improvement plans; - Provide professional infrastructure support for new project deployments and on-boarding of application systems to cloud platform, assisting the Application Team with requests, enquiries and issues such as connectivity or performance concerns; - Collaborate with the Cloud Architecture Team, internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop and implement network and security infrastructures aligned with business and user requirements; - Provide on-call and onsite support for emergency production incidents and fire-fighting situations; - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - University degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines; - Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience preferably within major financial institutions including at least 3 years in a team lead or managerial role; - Strong, hands-on expertise in managing network and security infrastructure operations, covering architecture, dataline connectivity, routing, firewall, proxy, direct connect and security tools such as ELB, VPN and sandbox; - Knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as Cloud firewall and WAF is an advantage; - Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto and Huawei network equipment is preferred; - Familiarity with ITSM processes and IT compliance standards in financial industry is beneficial; - Positive attitude with strong commitment to deliver quality work; - Excellent presentation, documentation and report-writing skills; - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is favourable.
