Interface with Judiciary's Integrated Court Case Management System (iCMS) iCMS is an interface which enables court case information to be transferred b Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD; (a) To implement and deploy enterprise agentic AI application or agentic AI workspaces (b) To conduct system analysis and design for enhancements of FPCS, MPFPNS, PMIS and iCMS. (c) To lead programmers to implement enhancements for application systems (d) To prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance of MPFPNS (e) To provide on-going support to application systems (f) To devise and maintain relevant procedures/guidelines in line with standards (g) To carry out quality control and quality assurance, and project management duties as designated by the project manager (h) To monitor all phases of computer projects including without limitation to feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system test, user acceptance test, system nursing and maintenance (i) -To monitor and report system usage and to recommend and control the allocation of computer resources (j) To monitor the performance of subordinates Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Working hours: Normal office hours Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR Language required: Good written skills in Cantonese and English and fluent in these spoken languages On call duty: Not required Technical Skill (Mandatory): (f) Python Programming Language (36 months) (g) Spring Boot Framework (36 months) (h) NGINX Web Server (24 months) (i) React Native (24 months) Technical Skill (Optional): Experience on any of the following aspects would be advantage: (j) Open WebUI, Dify, n8n or RAGFlow (k) Qwen, DeepSeek, or other LLMs (l) RAG, vector databases or knowledge management (m) DBA in MySQL Non-Technical Skill (Mandatory) (p) At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in IT application development Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 5 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 3 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 2 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
