Ensuring the IT infrastructure related project are delivered on time & relevant controls are performed accurately & properly according to the Bank’s standard procedures. Duties Core Infrastructure Operations: - Infrastructure Server Management: Oversee the management of physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability, patch compliance, and performance tuning; - SAN Storage: Manage the enterprise storage environment including provisioning, performance monitoring, replication, and disaster recovery strategies; - Enterprise Virtualization Platform: Administer and optimize the global virtualization platform (VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V), including hosts, clusters, and resource management; - Assist in problem solving related to Virtual Machine, Wintel infrastructure system area; - Enterprise Capacity Plan & Management: Provide well plan and effective capacity management to meet the Bank requirements; End-User Computing & Collaboration: - AD & Exchange / M365 Management: Manage and support the bank's Active Directory, Exchange on-premise/hybrid environment, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD); - Remote Access & VDI: Lead the design and management of secure Remote Access Platforms and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix) to enable flexible and secure workforce mobility; - Mobility Solution: Oversee the management of Mobility Solutions (MDM/MAM, e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE) for corporate device and application management; Project Delivery & Operational Excellence: - Lead complex infrastructure projects, including platform upgrades, system and storage migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives; - Implement and enforce rigorous change, incident, and problem management processes for all platform services; - Ensure all infrastructure platforms comply with bank security policies, regulatory standards, and disaster recovery requirements; - Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to platform technologies. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; - Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure area; - Proven hands-on expertise in server, storage, virtualization, and M365/AD; - Demonstrated experience in managing a VDI environment and mobility solutions; - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., VMware VCP, VCA, Microsoft MCSE, ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable. Required Skills & Competencies; - Deep Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge in Windows/Linux Server, VMware vSphere, enterprise SAN/NAS storage, Active Directory, and Exchange/Microsoft 365; - End-User Computing: Strong experience with VDI technologies (VMware Horizon/Citrix) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms; - Security & Compliance: A strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices and experience operating in a regulated environment; - Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and articulate technology plans to senior management; - Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and root-cause analysis skills for complex technical issues.
