(T26) To provide technical support for the IT matters including hardware, software, scanning and data input.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD;
The CITA is required:
(a) to provide IT technical support including computer hardware and software;
(b) to carry out document scanning work;
(c) to assist in data input and quality control;
(d) to assist in preparing technical document;
(e) to perform data input into Excel;
(f) to configure the UPS and upgrade the firmware;
(g) to perform site preparation for the new LAN node cabling;
(h) to provide ad-hoc support in case there is any incident in the server room;
(i) to monitor system alerts and escalate to supervisor if there is any incident;
(j) to manage the Wifi system;
(k) to participate the hardware trade-in;
(l) provide standby support during non office hour; and
(m) to perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
Preferably possess ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Technical Skill:
. At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
