Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; - To analyze, troubleshoot and provide solution for all network connectivity, cloud service, virtualization platform and system errors; - To implement, design, configure, install, test and trouble shoot of IT systems; - To educate teams to achieve the standards of Governmental IT security guidelines and cope with IT security vulnerability events; - To analyze, organize, enforce and maintain the scalability and sustainability of data centres; - To plan and initiate procurement of IT systems and services; - To conduct documentation for IT related administration purposes; and - To perform any duties assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements In addition to above technical requirements, the applicant must have: - At least 60 months of working experience in design, installation and configuration of firewall, core switch, IDS, IPS, edge router, load balancer; - At least 60 months of hands-on working experiences on installation, configuration, administration, design, implement, support and maintenance of IT network system includes VPN, Load Balancer, Network Access Control System and Wi-Fi; - At least 60 months of hands-on experience in operating Cisco, Checkpoint, H3C, Fortinet, Aruba and Palo Alto network appliances; - At least 60 months of working experience in supporting GOA related network infrastructure connecting to GNET (The Government Backbone Network); - Hands-on experience in network and security design and implementation of AWS Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and on-premises infrastructure; - Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; - At least 60 months of working experience in tender provisioning in Open Tender, GITP and QPS; - At least 60 months of working experience in IT security auditing and IT security vulnerability management; - At least 60 months of working experience in server room management including power distribution, cooling design and environmental censoring; and - Able to work independently and with good communication skills. Having the experience in implementing PostgreSQL database solution and virtualizing GIS, CAD and photogrammetry applications on Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure will be an advantage. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM); . At least 5 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . At least 5 years' experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS); . At least 5 years' experience in Metro-Ethernet Network (MNE); . At least 5 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 5 years' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT). Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
