Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) - Implementation of IT systems in Lands Department - Implementation of Smart meeting room solution - Implementation of Patch Management System - Windows 11 Upgrade project - Upgrade of Active Directory - Replacement of File and Print Servers - Implementation of CMMP - Implementation of SIEM Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; - Conduct technical study of upgrade of data center - To implement, design, configure, install, test and trouble shoot of IT systems - To implement and manage the migration of the OA system to the newest version of Microsoft Windows - To work with other groups to help establishing the standards of system architecture, data communications, and system security for seamless integration of multiple system modules - To analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for all network connectivity, cloud service, virtualization platform and system errors - To prepare documentation if necessary - To transfer computer items between different sites - To work with different vendors and the teams on computer projects - To support in-house applications when required - To perform any duties assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements The applicant must: - Have a degree awarded by a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; - Have good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; - At least THREE years of hand-on working experiences on implementing smart meeting room solution including Zoom (on premise implementation), wireless projection, digital whiteboard and audio video system integration; - At least THREE years of hand-on working experiences on installation, configuration, administration, design, implement, support and maintenance of IT environment includes Opentext ZENworks, Active directory, Windows Server 2016 /2019, DFS, Arcserve UDP, Aruba WiFi solution, Fortinet firewall and Nutanix Cloud solution; - At least THREE years of hand-on working experiences on site preparation for server room and cabling. - Experience in tender preparation in Open tender, QPS and GITP; - Be familiar with the use of computer in Microsoft Windows 10, 11 Operating System and use of Microsoft Office Professional software; - Experience in supporting monitoring tool including Solarwinds / Opmanager / iRMC; - Able to work independently and with good communication skills. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 5 years' experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT); . At least 5 years' experience in Wireless Technology (WLT). Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP); . At least 5 years' experience in site preparation (SPE); . At least 5 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
