Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LandsD; - monitor and maintain departmental network and resolve infrastructure problems including monitoring and control of network usage, setting up and reconfiguration of routers and switches, IP address assignment - support and monitor DHCP, DNS and Active Directory servers - maintain Group Policy on Windows 2019 or above domain - migration of multiple domains in Active Directory - provide security advice on applications and infrastructure - implement the software and security patch deployment system - provide advice and take part in setting up of new offices and migration of Ethernet broadband services - set up multi-tier antivirus solutions in email gateway, internet gateway and a large-scaled desktop PCs and servers - implement the software asset management solution and manipulate the collected data to generate the tailor-made report - monitor and support the internet traffic by implementing the proxy solution with the web-content filtering - monitor and support the data encryption servers - monitor and support the Storage Area Network and Network Attached Storage device - liaise with E&M and structured Engineers to upgrade the fire extinguishing system, air-conditioning and electricity supply and security access of server rooms. This involves analysis of usage patterns, scheduling and development of operational procedures. - produce deliverables including technical advice, user requirement specifications, assignment briefs for procurement of hardware, software and services - take part in all phases of computer projects - work with different vendors and the teams on computer projects - support in-house applications when required - perform any other duties assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 6.0 Requirements - In addition to the below technical requirements, 84 months of working experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (2012 or above) and 84 months of working experience in server room setup/renovation are must (i.e. mandatory requirements) - Must have solid work experience in liaising with E&M, EMSD, ArchSD and structured Engineers to upgrade the fire extinguishing system, air-conditioning and electricity supply and security access of server rooms. (i.e. mandatory requirements). Technical Skills: . At least 7 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 7 years' experience in Metro-Ethernet Network (MNE); . At least 7 years' experience in Proxy Server (PRS). Non-technical Skills: . At least 7 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 7 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
