| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ;
(a) Develop program and provide technical support to application systems of the department;
(b) Conduct program unit test, system test, load test;
(c) Produce documentation;
(d) Assist in conducting user acceptance test;
(e) Conduct user and other IT trainings;
(f) Provide maintenance and on-going support;
(g) Assist in the production of newsletters; and
(h) Perform any other duties (e.g. helpdesk, on-call duty during weekends and public holidays) as may be required from time to time relevant to the implementation and maintenance support of computer systems of the department.

| Requirements |
(a) Knowledge and experience in development, implementation and support of web-based application system;
(b) Experiences (at least two years) and/or knowledge in Government IT, Central Electronic Recordkeeping System and library system; and
(c) Any other duties which may be assigned for implementation of the project.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. 1 year's experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is a must;
. 6 months' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage;
. Good spoken English is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
