| Project Nature |
(T26) (a) Provide on-going system maintenance support on Windows server systems and Windows workstations; and
(b) Provide end-users support; and
(c) Perform technical study and system testing.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ;
(a) Provide ongoing support of Microsoft Windows servers, Windows user account management, and administration of Symantec Endpoint Protection software; and
(b) Responsible for performing technical support on Knowledge Management System; and
(c) Perform technical support and system maintenance tasks including software installation, configuration setting, security patch updates, troubleshooting, fire-fighting, health check, backup and recovery; and
(d) Perform any other duties (e.g. on-call duty during weekends and public holidays) as may be required from time to time relevant to the implementation and maintenance support of the above and any other systems of the department.

| Requirements |
Candidates must possess:
(a) At least 3 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Windows servers; and
(b) At least 3 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Symantec Endpoint Protection software; and
(c) At least 3 years' experience in support Document Management system on Windows PC workstations
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT);
. At least 3 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS);
. At least 3 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Departmental Portal (DPS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in e-Leave (ELE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good spoken English is an advantage;
. Good written English is an advantage;
. Good coordination skills is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
