Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To develop, implement, maintain and provide support to various IT systems for the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Branch. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DSD; (1) To maintain existing applications in DSD O&M Branch; (2) To produce and maintain well documented programs that adhere to standards and satisfy user; (3) To provide user support services and bug fixing; (4) To conduct unit testing and produce documentation; (5) To develop and maintain iOS and Android mobile apps; (6) To extract and analyze data from database to produce data report; and (7) To implement enhancements for existing applications and new system based on the requirements provide by System Analyst. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements (1) Holder of degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines, or equivalent; (2) At least 3 years' post -qualification information technology experience of which 1 year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; (3) Working experience on the following tools and programming is preferred: Java, node.js, .Net, Angular, HTML/HTML5, Visual Basic, Mobile App, Xcode, Oracle, C#, Visual Studio, Microsoft PowerBI, Geographic Information System, Microsoft SQL and Oracle PL/SQL; and (4) At least 3 years working experience in government department. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 3 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 2 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL); . At least 2 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS); . At least 2 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS); . At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV); . 1 year's experience in Multimedia (MUL) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Red Hat Advanced Server (RHS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . At least 6 months' experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE); . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 6 months' experience in customer relations (ECR). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
