(T26) Development and maintenance of EEB and EPD websites, provision of technical support on implementation and adoption of Information Technology Standards for EEB and EPD websites. Application development and maintenance of the EPD Environmental Portal and internal IT systems.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EPD;
1. Participate in content updating, maintenance and enhancement of the EEB & EPD websites and Environmental Portal;
2. Provide technical support to users of Web Content Management System;
3. Conduct checking and rectifications to non- conforming webpages and web elements (such as PDFs, videos) before uploading to EEB and EPD websites to comply with the WCAG standards 2.1 Level AA;
4. Provide technical support to users to achieve WCAG standard in EEB and EPD websites;
5. Developing web services/contents on EPD Environmental Portal;
6. Maintaining enterprise search engine on Departmental Portal; and
7. System and database administration of IT systems, such as e-Photo System and File Server System.

| Requirements |
1. Degree in Information Technology or related discipline;
2. In-depth knowledge in World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard;
3. In-depth knowledge and experience in web design, development and support;
4. In-depth knowledge and experience in web content management system; and
5. Knowledge in systems development and support.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC);
. 5 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage;
. 5 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in Adobe Premiere (ADP) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Adobe Flash (AFL) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in XML (XML) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 3 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP);
. At least 3 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG);
. At least 3 years' experience in tender preparation and administration (TPA);
. 5 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 7 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
