| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD;
The main duties include:
- Provide technical advice and support to users on IT-related matters;
- Perform implementation, maintenance and user support activities of web-based application systems;
- Support the implementation of the Centrally Managed Messaging Platform;
- Support the contract administration of outsourced IT projects;
- Support the procurement of IT products and services; and
- Support development and maintenance of websites.

| Requirements |
1. Technical knowledge and experience in application design and development based on JSP, Java, jQuery, Crystal Reports, JavaScript, API and .NET frameworks
2. Technical knowledge and experience in administration of JBoss, Windows Server, SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, web server and Oracle database system
3. Solid experience in website development and administration
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 3 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Crystal Report (CRE);
. At least 3 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. 6 months' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 3 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. 6 months' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage;
. Good coordination skills is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
