(T26) IT system project management, feasibility study, development, implementation, maintenance and support.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ;
(a) Project planning and monitoring;
(b) Assist in project and contractor management;
(c) Perform system analysis and design;
(d) Supervise sub-ordinate system analysts and programmers;
(e) Develop programs;
(f) Conduct program unit test, integration test, system test and load test and other tests (e.g. security) as required;
(g) Produce and maintain documentation;
(h) Assist users to conduct user acceptance test;
(i) Conduct user training;
(j) Provide maintenance and on-going support to DoJ systems;
(k) Coordinate with various stakeholders (e.g. contractors, users or system infrastructure team) on project and system maintenance work; and
(l) Perform any other duties (e.g. helpdesk, on-call support duty during non-office hours, weekends and public holidays) as may be required from time to time relevant to the implementation and maintenance support of the above and any other systems of the department.

| Requirements |
(a) Experience and/or knowledge in Government legal workflow system would be an advantage.
(b) Knowledge and experience in development, implementation and support of web-based application system
(c) Any other duties which may be assigned for implementation of the project
(d) It is required to render on-site support services at user offices scattered at various locations in Hong Kong.
Technical Skills:
. At least 8 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI);
. At least 8 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 8 years' experience in Oracle Application Server Admin. and Tuning (OAT);
. At least 8 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 7 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 7 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
