Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ; (a) Responsible for day-to-day updates on webpage content and web applications, and launch of new webpages on DoJ Websites; (b) Assist in creating webpage layout, Internet and internal web applications, artworks production and HTML editing tasks; (c) Handle testing of new webpages and web applications on various PC and mobile device platforms and perform modification works according to users' requirements and government standards/guidelines; (d) Coordinate with users to perform website updates and verify webpage contents; (e) Provide recommendations to enhance websites in terms of performance and user-friendliness of webpages; (f) assist or coordinate in building of websites including those on government or contractor platforms; (g) Require to work on Saturday or Sunday at urgent user requests; and (h) Perform any other duties (e.g. on-call duties during non-office hours, weekends and public holidays) as may be required from time to time relevant to the maintenance support of DoJ websites. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements Candidates must possess: (a) At least 3 years' solid experience in maintenance support and development of webpages; (b) At least 3 years' solid experience in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RSS, Illustrator or other design tools; (c) Experience in designing responsive UI, slideshow, animated banner and interactive newsletters is an advantage; and (d) Experience in developing web application using JavaScript, PHP and related development frameworks and libraries. (e) Knowledge in system development and setup on Government Cloud Infrastructure services of DPO would be an advantage. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH); . At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 3 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
