To enhance and maintain the IT systems in CRU, such as the Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) website, the Government e-form, and other subscribed online platforms etc., and ensure their compliance with the requirements laid down by the Government; 2. To liaise with ITMU and to provide general IT support to the CRU such as LAN and server administration, server and PC upgrade/migration, setup of facilities for physical/online meetings etc.; 3. To coordinate with contractor and subject users on updating the ECF website and other thematic websites under CRU, and ensure conformity of all standards and requirements laid down by the Government; 4. To manage the process of Security Risk Assessment and Audit Service for IT systems/websites; and 5. To procure IT-related goods & services; housekeep the IT inventory items; monitor the performance of contractors for IT systems and websites; and perform contract management work. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements 1. Degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Information Technology discipline; 2. In-depth knowledge and concrete experience in database system development, administration and enhancement; and 3. In-depth knowledge and concrete experience in application design, implementation, configuration, customisation and support Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP); . At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 3 years' experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP); . 3 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in VBA (VBA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO); . 1 year's experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
