Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To develop, implement, maintain, enhance various database and web-based IT systems for the Operations & Maintenance Branch. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DSD; System Analyst is mainly deployed to perform the following duties: (a) to design, collect user requirements and implement new IT systems upon request; (b) to produce and maintain well documented programs that adhere to standards and satisfy users; (c) to provide user support services; (d) to manage and enhance existing applications in DSD O&M Branch such as Drainage Maintenance Management Information System (DRAMIS), District Maintenance Follow-up Action System, Electronic Mark Plant Circulation (EMPC), Term Contract Management Portal (TCMP), Timesheet Recording System (TRS), e-Form system and Automated Mapping/Facility Management System (AM/FM), Slope Inventory Management System and O&M Branch Service Provider Management System (SPMS); (e) to manage the outsourcing vendor for implementing IT projects such as Automated Mapping/Facility Management System (AM/FM) and Building and Civil Asset Management System (BAMS); (f) to maintain and develop iPhone apps; and (g) to manage the analyst programmers / programmers in the team. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements System Analyst must have: (a) holder of a degree in Information Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines, or equivalent; (b) at least six years' post-qualification IT experience; (c) knowledge and experience in systems analysis and design; and (d) working experience on one or more of the following tools and programming is preferred: Java, .Net, HTML/HTML5, Sharepoint Portal, Angular, Geographic Information System, Microsoft PowerBI and Oracle PL/SQL. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 5 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 5 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in Electronic Form (EFM); . At least 2 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS); . At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP); . 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Data Modeling (DMO) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT); . At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE); . Good coordination skills is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
