(T26) - Perform system maintenance and enhancement of mobile apps on Android-based mobile platforms for mGInfo & HK Geology app;
- Perform system maintenance and enhancement of information systems of Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme (LPMitP); and
- Perform system maintenance and enhancement of GEO Smart Platform for Landslide Detection System (LDS).

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CEDD;
- Collect and analyze user requirements;
- Provide support on system analysis & design, program development, integration and maintenance of IT systems;
- Provide support on migration of system to Cloud Platform with GIS functions;
- Provide support on project monitoring and management;
- Develop mobile apps on Android platforms; and
- Prepare system documentation, e.g. system manuals, operation guide and specification.

| Requirements |
The applicant must have:
- a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, awarded by a university in Hong Kong or by an overseas education institution;
- at least 3 years post-qualification experience in IT and applications development and maintenance;
- at least 3 years practical experience in ArcGIS Platform, management of database (Oracle / SQL Server) and other web application Servers; and
- at least 3 years development experience in ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Android API.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO);
. At least 3 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S);
. At least 3 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS);
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);
. At least 3 years' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC);
. At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
