Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ORO; Assist in the project of implementation of system integration of ERKS with ORO internal system, implementation of Centralised Backup Management System, and implementation of Departmental SRAA; - Assist in liaising with and coordinating among various parties such as Government Departments, ORO users and contractors in various projects; - Provide ongoing support services for the Pilot Business Intelligence (BI) System, ORO public website and RPA solutions; - Assist in in-house system development of on-premises AI-driven solutions; - Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance and troubleshooting on software and hardware; - Review project deliverables to assure quality in assigned projects; - Prepare and review technical documents; - Liaise with and coordinate among various parties such as Government Departments, internal users and contractors throughout the projects; - Support supervisor in providing technical advice to management and users; and - Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements Have a university degree or equivalent in information systems or information technology or computer science or equivalent; and - Have at least six years of post-qualification IT experience in implementation and system maintenance support; - Solid experience in managing backup system, ERKS, BI system, SRAA, website administration, and RPA solutions; - At least one-year hands-on experience in system development and programming in on-premises AI-driven solutions; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; - Proactive, committed to work and able to work under pressure; - Knowledge and experience in system implementation are highly desirable; and - Knowledge in Government IT standards and methodologies is an advantage. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in System Backup with Bightstor ArcServe (BAS); . At least 5 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM); . At least 5 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ). Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
