(T26) Transport Information System (TIS 2.0) - A Geographic Information System which includes traffic and transport data of Transport Department (TD)

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1. To assist in carrying out project management and quality assurance for the maintenance and enhancement of the TIS 2.0;
2. To manage spatial data related to TIS 2.0;
3. To develop application programming interfaces for other application systems;
4. To assist in user acceptance testing, user management and system administration works on IT projects;
5. To monitor and report on system testing, user acceptance and incidents related to TIS 2.0; and
6. To support IT security risk assessments and audits, disaster recovery drills and system administration works.
7. To perform any other IT-related duties as directed by SE/IT from time to time.

| Requirements |
1. Degree holder or equivalent in computer science or information technology;
2. Experience in IT application development and management;
3. Experience in handling and support on open data format;
4. Experience in GIS software, such as ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Insights;
5. Experience in application testing and using of application testing tool with scripting and codeless test automation;
6. Knowledge in web map service and SQL programming;
7. Experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is preferred; and
8. Good communication skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Crystal Report (CRE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Multimedia (MUL) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Oracle Application Development (ORA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
