(T26) To perform OA helpdesk Supervision and Supporting VIP users

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To act as helpdesk team leader in supervising and providing helpdesk call service and troubleshooting of OA-related problems; 2) To monitor helpdesk operation and arrange various resources in carrying out supporting and installation services; 3) To act as a co-ordinator of the ETCC for support and operation issues; 4) To carry out server support (such as SOTI MobiControl, ManageEngine Service Desk) and maintenance to OA servers of TD; 5) To supervisor the computer account maintenance for various systems; 6) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT or his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Holder of Hong Kong degree/higher diploma or equivalent; 2) Previous work experience in supporting OA service in HKSARG is a must (in particular in Lotus Notes Client, Microsoft Office support); 3) Experience in handling service request raised by Directorates in particular to the area including CMS and mobile devices (such as iPhone, iPad, etc); 4) Required to travel to various TD sub-offices and remote offices for on-site support; 5) Ad-hoc on-shift working is required 6) Experience in server room equipment health checking and maintenance; 7) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 8) Good communication skill, particularly on call service is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
. At least 5 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 2 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. 2 years' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
