Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 20.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 15.0 Requirements 1) Previous work experience in supporting VMware, Sangfor Remote Desktop, Backup Operation; 2) Experience in manage government email system; 3) Experience in design and implementation of virtualized infrastructure, SAN, VLAN, thin-client, system backup 4) Experience in managing data center, system disaster recovery, server consolidation; 5) Solid experience in running project in QPS, PRINCE/PRINCE 2; 6) Solid experience in application development in Lotus Notes platform; 7) Solid experience in Data Center design, setup and implementation; 8) Experience in supervising call center preferable in government environment; 9) Good communication skill, particularly on call service is an advantage. Technical Skills: . At least 10 years' experience in Domino and Lotus Script (DLS); . At least 10 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS); . At least 10 years' experience in Lotus Notes Application Development (LNA); . At least 6 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE); . At least 6 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 6 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO). Non-technical Skills: . At least 15 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 6 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . At least 6 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 6 years' experience in site preparation (SPE). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 20 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 15 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
