Job Key No 38577 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 59043-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 24 Mar 2026 Contract Period 01 Apr 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (10 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Kowloon or Tsuen Wan Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System Development, Implementation and Maintenance Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; (a) To assist systems analysts to conduct various IT project activities; (b) To develop new Continuing Professions Development (CPD) subsystem using modern technologies such as React, Express.js, Java and MariaDB; (c) To utilise modern integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio Code, and AI-assisted coding tools (for example, GitHub Copilot), to accelerate development, improve code quality, and streamline maintenance tasks; (d) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers; (e) To work overtime as required to meet project schedules and deadlines; and (f) Normal working hours: Mon, 9:00 - 18:00; Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45 Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Proficient in application development and implementation using programming languages and development environments such as HTML5, ReactJS, Express.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, Java Servlet, Apache, WildFly, MySQL, MariaDB and Operations Systems such as Windows and Linux Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP); . At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 6 months' experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
