(T26) To support the implementation of IT infrastructure enhancements for CSO and to provide administration and end-user support on GOA LAN and CMMP

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSO;
1. To support the implementation of the endpoint detection and response system and network detection and response system
2. To support the implementation of enhancements in the network and server infrastructure
3. To maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure, incl. MS Active Directory, Windows Server, VPN and Wi-Fi
4. To provide administration and end-user support on CMMP
5. To provide backend support on various system with VBScript and PowerShell script
6. To provide GOA LAN support service
7. To maintain inventory records and manage asset disposal

| Requirements |
1. Proven relevant experience in supporting GOA LAN in HKSARG
2. Need to work in remote offices supported by CSO
3. 4 years experience with 2 years in similar capacity
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW);
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 4 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 4 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage;
. 4 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
