Plan and implement software patching, hardware and software upgrade for IT infrastructure services. Provide support on IT common services including job scheduling system, monitoring system, two-factor authentication system and endpoint protection system. Manage the Enterprise Object Storage System upgrade project including implementation, migration and on-going support. Plan and implement hardware replacement project for HA private cloud platform. Review deliverables provided by contractor, monitor project progress and report project progress to manager. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; Oversee the administration and support of IT infrastructure services, e-Services Platform and other common services. Lead a team with 2-3 members to provide on-going maintenance and support, software patching, hardware and software upgrade for the IT infrastructure services, e-Services Platform and other common services. Coordinate with contractors and IT teams to facilitate the design and implementation of system upgrade and hardware replacement projects. Facilitate the certification of ISO27001 and ISO27017 for IT Sub-division. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Strong hands-on experience in administration and support for Job Scheduling System, Two-factor Authentication System and Object Storage System; Strong hands-on experience in administration and support of private cloud infrastructure and e-Service Platform; Solid experience in UNIX shell scripting; Strong experience in implementation and support of virtual machines running on virtualization software; Solid experience in administration and support of Linux operating system; and Have experience in ISO27001 and ISO27017 audit assessment. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 7 years' experience in Authentication Server (AUS); . At least 7 years' experience in batch job monitoring (BJM); . At least 7 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 7 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 6 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS); . At least 6 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST); . At least 6 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN); . At least 6 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . At least 6 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 6 years' experience in Open View (OPV); . At least 6 years' experience in Red Hat Advanced Server (RHS); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . 4 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 8 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . Good written English is a must; . At least 7 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 6 years' experience in site preparation (SPE); . At least 6 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . 6 years' experience in IT audit (ITA) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
