Project Nature (T26) - To manage the setup of IT facilities for Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (CSTB);
- To manage the system helpdesk and support services for users, maintain daily IT operations and perform system program changes;
- To manage the office relocation projects;
- To replace the obsoleted network equipment and enhance the IT infrastructure of CSTB.
Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- To manage the IT support service in CSTB, which includes first-line IT helpdesk, remedial and miscellaneous IT support services (including but not limited to Departmental Portal, e-Leave, VPN, Wi-Fi service), central network monitoring, trouble shooting, etc. so that all computer users in CSTB could carry out their duties smoothly by using the computer systems;
- To provide technical support on the IT infrastructure of CSTB;
- To manage the office relocation projects;
- To assist in preparing the work assignment briefs;
- To review and assist in the quality assurance of project deliverables;
- To assist in monitoring the project progress and performance of contractors.

Requirements The service required of the SA is as follows:-
- Strong knowledge in Government Office Automation (GOA), including Windows servers, Outlook Mail System and wireless and mobile services;
- Solid experience in providing IT advice, helpdesk and support services that cover Government systems and services, including hardware, software, applications, packages, networks, servers, special devices, system documentation, communication lines and equipment;
- Solid experience in IT procurement exercises;
- Experience in providing LAN administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, support services and ad-hoc services to users to ensure network services and IT systems are reliable and in satisfactory operations to meet service level requirements;
- Communication skills in dealing with vendors and users.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Remote Access Server (RAS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR);
. At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 2 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO);
. 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
