(T26) To support 24x7 shift operation duties of the WT14

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
(a) Perform 24 x 7 shift duties in data centres;
(b) Operate data center facilities, monitor their performance, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective or recovery actions;
(c) Problem reporting, incident handling, and message dissemination.
(d) Perform access control for visitors of data centre by verifying their authorization in the access control system;
(e) Monitor the physical security in data centre by means of digital video recording system and perform routine physical security checking and take corrective or preventive actions as appropriate;
(f) Monitor the availability and performance of environmental facilities in data centre and take corrective or preventive actions as appropriate in accordance with incident and problem management procedures;
(g) Prepare data centre facilities maintenance schedule; monitor progress; take rectifying/recovery action in case of exception;
(h) Site preparation work;
(i) Assist maintenance of records and documentation, compilation of management statistics and reports; and
(j) Escort and monitor any other personnel working in the data centres.

| Requirements |
Two year's relevant experience in -
(i) the control and operation of a computer system or computer application; and
(ii) the provision of support services to terminal network users.
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 months' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 6 months' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
