The System provides Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for access by other government systems and non-government systems to perform authentication, form filling, digital signing and other functions with the consent of the mobile app users. The project also involves enhancement for the System to migrate to a new government cloud fulfilling the national security standards. The project team will be responsible for the platform operations, maintenance and development work as well as to provide necessary technical support to Bureaux/ Departments (B/Ds) for integrating their online services with the System. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; 1. Assist in system operations and coordinate with related government contractors on the operations and maintenance work for the iAM Smart Platform; 2. Work with outsourcing teams to provide technical support on the day-to-day operation of the iAM Smart Platform; 3. Ensure operations and security controls comply with ISO 27001 and ISO27701; 4. Assist in monitoring system performance including response time, alert messages, system utilisation, jobs results, interfaces status, etc.; 5. Assist in compilation of maintenance reports, preparation of statistics and system documentation; 6. Provide maintenance support including implementation and upgrades of both hardware and software; 7. Support incident/issue handling for round-the-clock running systems; 8. Perform duties at data centers across the territory as required; 9. Work outside normal office hours and shift duties; and 10. Any other duties (including publicity) assigned by the supervisors. Good knowledge and solid working experience in system operations, maintenance and on-going support of mission-critical medium to large scale IT systems; 2. Experience in work with and supporting Government systems or services is required; 3. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Key Management System (KMS), Linus System Administration, digital certificate and identity management technologies is required; 4. Extensive data center on-site technical support and hardware and software maintenance experience is required; 5. Good experience in on-site support and operate tape library and integration with backup software for database backup within data center is required; 6. Hands-on experience in supporting and upgrading database with over 700million records is required; 7. Hands-on experience with load balancers, internet gateways, proxy services, Domain Name Services, backup services, storage area network and virtualisation technologies; 8. Knowledge and experience of ISO 27001/27701 is an advantage; 9. Experience in supporting Security Risk Assessment and Audit is an advantage; 10. Experience in supporting mobile app frontends and backends systems is an advantage; 11. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; 12. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills; 13. Communicate using Putonghua is required; and 14. Selected candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Cryptography (CRY); . At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); . At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in Production Database Support (PDS) is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in Data/File Backup Technology (DFT) is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage; . 1.5 years' experience in Veritas Backup Exec (VBE) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Encryption Technology (DET) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . Excellent Putonghua is a must; . Good written English is an advantage; . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
