| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HAD;
1. To provide technical and administrative support to implement PC/Windows upgrading project
2. To manage and support Active Directory and System Centre Platform for system management and deployment
3. To monitor the service carried out by external parties
4. To provide on-going support to existing systems
5. To acquire necessary ICT equipment and services as and when required
6. To accept any other ICT responsibilities assigned by supervisor
7. May be required to provide technical support during non-office hours on a roster basis

| Requirements |
1. Proven experience in MS Windows and Active Directory Infrastructure design, maintenance and deployment of MS Windows facilities / functions and control
2. Possess profound knowledge on Active Directory, deployment and usage of AD policy, user profiling, DHCP, DNS, virtualization platforms and technologies
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 3 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT);
. At least 3 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 1 year's experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Data/File Backup Technology (DFT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
. Excellent written English is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in presentation (PEX) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
