Project Nature (T26) - To provide IT helpdesk and on-site support services for users, maintain daily IT front line operations and perform system changes on user side in Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (CSTB);
- To replace obsolete PCs and notebooks;
- To setup and configure IT equipment in new remote offices of CSTB.
Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- To provide IT helpdesk service in CSTB, which includes first-line IT helpdesk, remedial and miscellaneous IT front line support services (including but not limited to Departmental Portal, e-Leave, VPN, Wi-Fi service), user side troubleshooting, etc. so that all computer users in CSTB could carry out their duties smoothly by using the computer systems;
- To provide IT helpdesk service in remote offices of CSTB;
- To install hardware, software and security patches/updates on PCs and notebooks;
- To assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment in new remote offices of CSTB.

Requirements The service required of the ITA is as follows:-
- Strong knowledge in Government Office Automation (GOA), including Outlook Mail System and mobile services;
- Solid experience in providing IT helpdesk and user support services that cover Government systems and services for end users, including hardware, software, applications and equipment;
- Communication skills in dealing with users.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM);
. 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Departmental Portal (DPS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in e-Leave (ELE) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. 1 year's experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
