| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the InvestHK;
- Support full software development life cycle, including system analysis & design, implementation, testing, rollout and maintenance of IT systems;
- Manage outsource vendors;
- Coordinate project meetings and perform project management tasks;
- Perform quality control on project deliverables and monitor the progress of the projects;
- Perform on-going new IT systems' maintenance and support;
- Provide end-user IT support services including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems and performing system maintenance work;
- Candidate may be required to work in non-office hours and overtime on need basis;
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

| Requirements |
- Candidate shall have experience in project management and application implementation;
- Relevant experience in IT application development is essential and full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle;
- Experience in implementation and maintenance of workflow application system;
- Solid programming experience and proficient in SQL;
- Commitment and dedication to organisational goals;
- Customer and result oriented;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary;
- Shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English;
- Good communication skills including oral and writing.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC);
. At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 5 years' experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 5 years' experience in vendor management (VMG).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
