| Project Nature |
(T26) To maintain the existing level of IT service, the engagement of CSSA is mainly for:
(1) monitoring the enhancement service of Sites Tracking Information System;
(2) assisting in the preparation of an electronic folder for Special Finance Committee;
(3) assisting in the implementation of new DEVB(PLB) projects;
(4) providing technical support for conducting ad-hoc IT projects;
(5) carrying out quality control and quality assurance; and
(6) supervising the work of Contract System Analyst, Contract Analyst Programmer and Contract Senior IT Assistants in the team.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DEVB;
1. To provide technical IT support for daily operations and conduct ad-hoc IT projects.
2. To monitor the enhancement service of Sites Tracking Information System.
3. To coordinate with DPO on enhancement of the Special Finance Committee Q&A system and prepare electronic folder in connection with SFC meeting.
4. To assist in conducting the IT security risk assessment and audit.
5. To carry out quality control and quality assurance; monitor and report system testing and user acceptance; and scrutinise project reports and specifications.
6. To supervise the work and monitor the performance of Contract System Analyst, Contract Analyst Programmer and Contract Senior IT Assistants.
7. To arrange the procurement of IT systems, products and services.

| Requirements |
The candidate should have solid experience in project implementation and IT security audit, and is able to work independently. He/She should also be well-versed of the government procurement procedures and have thorough knowledge in GOA, including email systems, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office etc.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA);
. 1 year's experience in PHP programming (PHP) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Adobe Flash (AFL) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Departmental Portal (DPS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in e-Leave (ELE) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO);
. At least 3 years' experience in managing Government projects (IEG);
. At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
