Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Hongkong Post; The job duties requirements of the service are as follows:- a) To provide helpdesk support of IT systems, including the handling of query/incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems; b) To provide remote support on software configuration and customization to workstation, such as Lotus Notes / Outlook client installation and administration, anti-virus and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software setup, office suites support and Windows platforms (Windows 10 and Windows 11) support; c) To perform on-site technical support on hardware/software installation, relocation work of systems (PC, monitors, printers, barcode readers and etc), OS image cloning, software or application programs installation; d) To assist in project rollout such as contractor co-ordination, accessories installation, PC data migration, data erasure activities, on-site standby support and etc; e) To perform daily health-check on the IT systems, and Data Centre monitoring and tidy up; f) To perform computer inventory taking and audit exercise in various office of HKP g) To update daily document for helpdesk support Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 0.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The support staff is required to: a) Experience in PC with Windows environment; b) Experience in customer support in technical aspect is an advantage; c) Work in various location of HKP is required; d) Overtime work, irregular hours work and work on Sat/Sun are required when necessary; and e) Criminal record check is required. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . 6 months' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 1 year'srelevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
