Design, develop, maintain web applications / websites; 2. Develop system interfaces with other internal / external systems; 3. Designing UIs, building interactive features, and maintaining application stability for the WeChat Mini-Programs / mobile applications; 4. Assist in translating requirements into technical designs, ensuring conformance with government guidelines and regulations; 5. Assist in developing, maintaining and updating project documents; 6. Conduct program unit test, integration test, system test and load test; 7. Perform any duties assigned; and 8. Willing to work outside office hours if necessary. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; and At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government is an advantage. At least 3 years' hands-on experience in Node.JS, JavaScript, and Vue.JS / React.JS programming; At least 2 years' hands-on experience in PHP Laravel Application Framework; At least 2 years' experience in MariaDB Database, Nginx and Apache Web Servers; At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language; At least 1 year's experience in Linux Server and on-premise Container platform is an advantage; Having experience in WeChat Mini-program development, WXML (WeChat Markup Language), and WXSS (WeChat Style Sheets) using WeChat Developer Tools on the WeChat ecosystem will be prioritised. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS); . At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN). Non-technical Skill: . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
