Assist the supervisor as well as the Contract System Analyst (CSA) in managing and supporting program/application development, testing, documentation and technical support for CSDI websites/portals; 2. To work with the CSA to provide on-going support, including operation and customer service, for CSDI websites/portals; 3. Provide on-call technical support duties and perform overtime work, including work outside of normal office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as and when necessary and upon the request of the Government Representatives; 4. Provide application development and support for the existing geo-applications of GeoSpatialiser and GeoVisualiser, and new applications involving the latest IT technologies of AI, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, etc. upon request of the Government Representatives; 5. Provide support in spatial data collection, promotion event and activities ; 6. Assist the CSA to handle the job responsibilities including but not limited to the above; and 7. Perform any works assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. At least 5 years of post-qualification IT experience of which 3 years' experience in Web Content Hosting service project(s); 2. At least 2 completed development and maintenance of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications; 3. At least 4 years' experience in Government IT Projects; and 4. At least 3 years' experience in supporting spatial data. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 2 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . 2 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good written English is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
